Our Story

More Than a Coffee Shop —
It's Where Homer Starts

Good Roots Coffee Co. was born from a simple belief: that the best coffee tastes better when it's made by people who know your name. We opened our doors on John Street with nothing but a small roaster, a dream, and a deep love for this town.

Today, we're still that same small-batch operation — roasting on-site, baking from scratch, and greeting every customer like they're walking into a living room that isn't theirs yet. Whether you need a morning espresso to power through the day or a quiet corner with a pour-over and a book, there's a seat waiting for you here.
